✿ Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship internationally from France.
✿ How much is shipping?
Worldwide shipping is 6,99€
Shipping to France is 3,99€.
Flat rate for an order with a bag: 14,99€
Custom duties may apply depending on your country.
✿ Why is everything sold out? Are sold out products going to be restocked?
I sometimes have to close the shop when there are too many orders for me to handle or to work on wholesale. I work alone and sometimes need more time to process your orders.

✿ I just placed an order and did not get a confirmation email!
You should automatically receive a confirmation email right after placing an order. If not, no worries! You may have misspelled your email address. If this happens, please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and postal address you placed an order with.
✿ I want to send an item as a gift to someone!
If you are directly sending your order to someone as a gift, please specify it in the instructions notes at checkout!
✿ Where is my order?
All items are handmade to order, please allow 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to ship out. You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when it leaves my studio.
Orders are shipped out from France via La Poste, their estimated delivery times are:
France: 48h (business days)
International: 4 to 8 business days
Because of COVID-19, international orders may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. You may see a pause in your tracking for a few days, it is normal.
If you haven’t received your order after those time frames, please get in touch with your local post services, they are in charge of the delivery. (In the case where the tracking shows the parcel is still in France, please get in touch with me directly / If you already got in touch with your local post and still need help, send me an email)
✿ Can I return/exchange products?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the products within 14 days from their delivery date (custom made items cannot be returned).
I am unable to offer free returns at the moment, you will need to cover the shipping costs for your return. Items need to be in perfect condition, unworn and with their original packaging. To know how to proceed, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number. Refund will be processed once the items have been received and reviewed.
The original shipping fees are non refundable.
I am unable to do any exchange at the moment. All items (except custom made ones) can only be returned for a refund.
✿ What are the earrings made of?
All earrings are handmade with polymer clay and assembled with gold-plated rings and hooks and/or stainless steel posts. See each product listing to know the exact materials.
✿ Are the earrings heavy?
No, the earrings are very light, even the bigger ones !
✿ Do you make clip-ons?

✿ I am interested in buying wholesale for my shop!
